- Booking happens in the FiXZEP customer app on iOS and Android. The website Book a Service page links to the official app stores. Website booking will connect to the customer application in a later phase.
- What services can I book?
- Customers can book home services such as AC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance services, home cleaning, and painting.
- What is Home+?
- Home+ is FiXZEP’s recurring property maintenance membership for apartments and villas. It includes planned preventive maintenance, a digital asset register after home verification, and a Home Health Report. Plans are Essential, Plus, and Elite.
